Elana Illnicki, Licensed Massage Therapist
Her interest in becoming a Massage Therapist stemmed from wanting to help heal others in a holistic way. Whether it be from physical injury, emotional trauma, or mental and spiritual wellbeing, her goal is to be able to help change one's life. Diversity is her specialty by incorporating different modalities such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, thermal therapy and aromatherapy. Elana uses her intuition and connects with the part of herself that knows how to heal, in order to create individualized treatment plans for each client. Every massage ends to what your specific body needs are.

Elana graduated from Mildred Elley in Albany, NY in November 2018 with her AOS in Massage Therapy.. While in school she gained many experiences through amazing opportunities for massaging at: the Ironman Triathlon in Lake Placid, the Albany Empire football team for their season, Albany Med, nursing homes and chair massage events.
